By subscribing to a membership or booking lessons, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>

1. Services<\/h2>

Online French lessons for adults (individual or small group).<\/p>

Improve speaking, writing, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, french culture, confidence, conversation.<\/p>

Lessons are held via Zoom.<\/p>

2. Memberships & Payment<\/h2>

Memberships are paid in advance.<\/p>

Individual Lessons<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Essential Integration<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

1 session per week (4 sessions\/month): \u20ac199<\/strong><\/p>

Accelerated Integration<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

2 sessions per week (8 sessions\/month): \u20ac390<\/strong><\/p>

Full Immersion Track<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

3 sessions per week (12 sessions\/month): \u20ac650<\/strong><\/p>

Small Group Lessons<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

4 sessions\/month<\/p>

Maximum 2\u20133 learners<\/p>

\u20ac149\/month<\/strong><\/p>

Small group lessons may also be booked on a quarterly basis (12 sessions)<\/strong> and paid every three months.<\/p>

French Conversation Workshops<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Informal one-off conversation sessions.<\/p>

\u20ac25 per workshop<\/strong><\/p>

No subscription or long-term commitment is required.<\/p>

Workshops are offered subject to availability and may not take place regularly.<\/p>

Payment via Stripe or bank transfer. The student is responsible for any bank charges.<\/p>

Memberships may be renewed manually each month. Automatic recurring payments can also be set up at the student’s request.<\/p>

Invoices are available upon request.<\/p>

Prices may change in the future. Existing students will be informed in advance.<\/p>

3. Cancelling a Membership<\/h2>

No annual contract. No long-term commitment.<\/p>

You can stop your membership whenever you like.<\/p>

Stopping a membership only affects future payments. Lessons already paid for remain available until the end of the current paid period.<\/p>

Payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by law.<\/p>

4. Lesson Cancellations & Rescheduling<\/h2>

You can cancel or reschedule, but at least 24 hours before the lesson.<\/p>

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show = lesson charged and non-refundable.<\/p>

Late students: teacher waits a maximum of 15 minutes. Lost time cannot be made up.<\/p>

Teacher: lessons may be rescheduled in case of illness, technical issues, or force majeure. No extra compensation.<\/p>

5. Technical Requirements<\/h2>

Student must have:<\/p>

  • stable internet;<\/p><\/li>

  • suitable device;<\/p><\/li>

  • working microphone and webcam;<\/p><\/li>

  • necessary software installed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Technical problems on the student’s side do not automatically entitle the student to a replacement lesson.<\/p>

    Technical problems on the teacher’s side = lesson rescheduled.<\/p>

    6. Intellectual Property<\/h2>

    Teaching materials (PDFs, worksheets, videos, lesson notes, etc.) remain the teacher’s property.<\/p>

    Personal use only.<\/p>

    No copying, sharing, selling, or publishing without written permission.<\/p>

    7. Data Protection<\/h2>

    Personal data (name, email, billing information) is used only for lesson management, billing, and communication.<\/p>

    Students may request access, correction, or deletion of their data (GDPR).<\/p>

    Requests via email.<\/p>

    8. Right of Withdrawal (EU)<\/h2>

    You have 14 days to cancel if lessons have not started.<\/p>

    Requests must be made in writing via email.<\/p>

    9. Liability<\/h2>

    Lessons are adapted to the student’s level and goals.<\/p>

    No guarantee of exam results or a specific language level.<\/p>

    Progress also depends on the student’s work outside lessons.<\/p>

    10. Law & Disputes<\/h2>

    Governed by French law.<\/p>

    Both parties will first try to resolve any dispute amicably.<\/p>

    If necessary, disputes will be handled by the competent French courts.<\/p>

    11. Acceptance<\/h2>

    Subscription, booking, or payment = full agreement to these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>
