By subscribing to a membership or booking lessons, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. Services

Online French lessons for adults (individual or small group).

Improve speaking, writing, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, french culture, confidence, conversation.

Lessons are held via Zoom.


2. Memberships & Payment

Memberships are paid in advance.

Individual Lessons

Essential Integration

1 session per week (4 sessions/month): €199

Accelerated Integration

2 sessions per week (8 sessions/month): €390

Full Immersion Track

3 sessions per week (12 sessions/month): €650

Small Group Lessons

4 sessions/month

Maximum 2–3 learners

€149/month

Small group lessons may also be booked on a quarterly basis (12 sessions) and paid every three months.

French Conversation Workshops

Informal one-off conversation sessions.

€25 per workshop

No subscription or long-term commitment is required.

Workshops are offered subject to availability and may not take place regularly.

Payment via Stripe or bank transfer. The student is responsible for any bank charges.

Memberships may be renewed manually each month. Automatic recurring payments can also be set up at the student’s request.

Invoices are available upon request.

Prices may change in the future. Existing students will be informed in advance.


3. Cancelling a Membership

No annual contract. No long-term commitment.

You can stop your membership whenever you like.

Stopping a membership only affects future payments. Lessons already paid for remain available until the end of the current paid period.

Payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by law.


4. Lesson Cancellations & Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule, but at least 24 hours before the lesson.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show = lesson charged and non-refundable.

Late students: teacher waits a maximum of 15 minutes. Lost time cannot be made up.

Teacher: lessons may be rescheduled in case of illness, technical issues, or force majeure. No extra compensation.


5. Technical Requirements

Student must have:

  • stable internet;

  • suitable device;

  • working microphone and webcam;

  • necessary software installed.

Technical problems on the student’s side do not automatically entitle the student to a replacement lesson.

Technical problems on the teacher’s side = lesson rescheduled.


6. Intellectual Property

Teaching materials (PDFs, worksheets, videos, lesson notes, etc.) remain the teacher’s property.

Personal use only.

No copying, sharing, selling, or publishing without written permission.


7. Data Protection

Personal data (name, email, billing information) is used only for lesson management, billing, and communication.

Students may request access, correction, or deletion of their data (GDPR).

Requests via email.


8. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

You have 14 days to cancel if lessons have not started.

Requests must be made in writing via email.


9. Liability

Lessons are adapted to the student’s level and goals.

No guarantee of exam results or a specific language level.

Progress also depends on the student’s work outside lessons.


10. Law & Disputes

Governed by French law.

Both parties will first try to resolve any dispute amicably.

If necessary, disputes will be handled by the competent French courts.


11. Acceptance

Subscription, booking, or payment = full agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
